The Operations Director heads the Operation Division constituting Projects and Procurement and Logistic departments. The Project Manager is in charge of the Projects with logistic supports provided by the Procurement and Logistic Manager.
Project Manager coordinates and controls all projects in the company including the subcontractor activities, and also controls all staff productivity and material costs, and at the same time ensures that HTC projects are executed safely and within the allocated budget and time frame, and to the best satisfaction of the customers.
HTC utilizes the best available project management skills, techniques and tools to successfully complete all phases of a project namely site Survey, Design, and Planning, Manpower utilization, Logistic support, Budgeting, Quality and Safety checks, In-progress inspection, Final Testing, Inspection and Commissioning.
The Work Control Centers located in East and Central regions of the Kingdom play a vital role in scheduling, preparing the bill of quantities, determining manpower requirements, and prepare the project implementation plan. These centers also monitor the plans and prepare the project track reports for higher management.
The Operation Division is well supported by the Administration Division which is managed by the Administration Director. This Division engulfs Human Resources, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Contracts departments. Apart from its normal functions, this division ensures that efficient after sales services are provided to the customers and all contractual matters are resolved amicably.
The General Manager is responsible for all the business entities of the Company and reports to the Managing Director. He also manages the Company’s ISO Management Systems.
