With the implementation of the above policies, HTC has become at least par with the major telecommunication companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the World at large.

The Company’s Owners and Management are committed to the Saudization program of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. HTC firmly believes that the meaningful Saudization in an organization is possible only if the Saudi manpower can play its role effectively and efficiently and this will be feasible if these Saudi employees are well trained and motivated to perform their required responsibilities. To implement this training scheme, HTC recruits a group of Saudi staff at a time and they are exposed to a complete telecommunication inside and outside plants related works from the preparation of materials to the handover of a site to the customer.

The Newcomers are normally taken through a well-planned training program. They attend initial classroom training followed by the field training to learn about the trade’s skills. After completing this consolidation program, the trainees would return to the classroom to attend about 2 weeks advanced training. Once the trainees complete their entire module, they are assigned at various projects. Additionally, the trainees would receive specialized training as and when needed in areas such as fiber optic techniques. HTC will be pleased to extend its training facilities to our esteemed clients as well.
